What you’ll contribute to
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior District Parts & Service Manager, to join our Field Operations Division in a full time permanent capacity.
The Field Operations division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of vehicle sales, fleet, after sales, marketing, Dealer relationships and local franchise development activities to bullet proof the Dealer network and achieve Customer satisfaction, vehicle and Parts & Service sales, market share and profitability objectives.
The Senior District Parts and Service Manager is primarily responsible for the implementation and communication of Parts & Service strategies and best practice operations within the Dealer network. This role is also responsible for facilitating Dealer access to the necessary equipment, resources, expertise and support in order to maximise profitability and satisfaction & retention.
This role is based in Acacia Ridge, QLD with flexible work arrangements on offer. Travel is required for this role.
How you’ll make an impact
Provide advice on and assist managers in the development of After sales policies and standards to best support Dealer after sales and marketing initiatives in the region to contribute to sustained customer satisfaction and align activities to the overall objectives of Regional Parts & Service.
Implement and review agreed operational practices, processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to facilitate part sales and KPI achievement. Identify opportunities and implement countermeasures.
Analyse data and after sales kaizen inputs, to monitor Dealer financial and reporting activities in relation to Parts & accessory after sales, service sales & retention, customer satisfaction and throughput to achieve regional aftersales targets and improve profitability.
Improve the capacity and capability of regional service and parts departments by conducting training needs analysis and coaching. Coordinate certification and recertification in the region and warranty systems reviews.
Support regional office and Dealer network compliance with all relevant regulations, statutory requirements and TMCA operational requirements, , including aspects of the dealer agreement as well as Toyota For Life, Toyota Service Marketing, Warranty Labour Rate and Warranty System Review in order to minimise Toyota’s risk exposure and liabilities.
Provide support to stakeholders to build strategic partnerships, align business functions, resolve complex issues, implement countermeasures and improve business processes to minimise risk and support retail development and expansion.
Support regional after sales forums including NPAD meetings, regional communication meetings, National Service meetings, WIP meetings, parts manager meetings, DP meetings and Dealer conferences to ensure that regional sales strategies, progress and issues are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.

Degree qualification in Business, Commerce or equivalent experience.
Management experience in Aftersales Operations.
Proven project management experience and financial acumen.
Experience in automotive after sales operations.
Understanding of Dealer network and its operational requirements.
Experience with Salesforce and SAP highly desirable.
