- Tertiary qualification in Geomatics or equivalent (surveying, cartography, or GIS) is preferred together with a minimum of four years' experience in that field.
- A sound knowledge of Victoria's Crown survey requirements, land information records and related surveying regulatory processes to enable the complete mathematical and cadastral re-establishment examination of Crown Survey documentation.
- Understands and uses a wide range of software applications for word processing, email, and computer aided drafting with a high-level knowledge of ‘MicroStation' and ArcGIS.
