As a Senior Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

Goodstart Early Learning Glenfield Park can be found in a quiet cul-de-sac, near a doctor's surgery, a shopping complex and community hall.

- Our service provides high quality care and education for children aged between 6 weeks and 5 years, across all five rooms.
- Outside area, we have four areas all with age-appropriate play spaces and equipment. We have two main outdoor play areas with sandpits, vegetable garden, a stage, slides, dry creek bed, mud kitchen and swings offering plenty of shade.

You'll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Childrens Check
