Senior Employee Services Advisor
- Full Time/ Ongoing position working 80 hours per fortnight including ADOs
- Part Time considered (0.8 minimum)

Join our Medical Workforce and Education team - Assist in the delivery of our Employee Services to Medical Staff. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Medical Workforce and Education, you will join a cohesive team and be responsible for the following:
- Timely and accurate advice to employees on diverse operational HR activities, processes and procedures across the employee life cycle.
- Undertake HR transactional tasks including on-boarding new employees, processing contract changes, entering salary and leave adjustments, maintaining accurate and complete employee data in the system and off-boarding employees.
- Accurate data entry and updating information on HR systems SAP.
- Working collaboratively with Medical Workforce and Education, People and Culture and Payroll colleagues and stakeholders across RMH.
- Experience in a similar process driven role with high level of attention to detail, data entry and reporting skills, and previous experience using SAP.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Numerically savvy, detail orientated and able to learn systems
- Sound knowledge of payroll and/ or Employee Services and related legislation and a professional approach to maintaining currency of knowledge.
- An understanding of relevant Industrial Awards and local agreements desirable.
- SAP or similar software experience is essential
