Our professional team of contaminated land experts, geotechnical engineers, engineering geologists and laboratory staff have a wealth of knowledge of ground conditions throughout Sydney and NSW. Accelerated growth in the past 12 months has enabled us to create a new position within our thriving contaminated land business. The successful candidate will integrate into an ambitious Contaminated Land Management team, having formidable plans for development across key market sectors including commercial, water, transport & civil infrastructure projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Scoping projects with a range of complexity and scale.
-Project management, including budget, scope, time and client relationships.
-Field works including sampling of soil, groundwater, soil vapour and landfill gas.
-Contractor management.
-Data analysis and technical report writing with support from Senior and Principal level staff.
The suitable candidate will have:
-Degree level Science or Engineering qualifications.
-A proven track record with 4 to 8 years' experience.
-Experience in contaminated land assessment and remediation projects.
-Proficiency in completing contamination related data interpretation, conceptual site model development, risk assessment, reporting & reviewing.
-Strong communicator who is comfortable dealing directly with both clients and contractors.
-Cooperation with other staff with open sharing of information and knowledge.
-Ability to work well within a team environment.
