- Communication and support to all internal teams.
- Communicating with external suppliers and trades.
- General estimating and admin duties.
- Preparing sales estimates.
- Management of estimating software.
- Reviewing plans and documentation to ensure build and cost accuracy.
- Procurement.
- Updating catalogues and pricing.
- Experience with Databuild is essential.
- Previous estimating experience in residential building.
- Previous sales estimating experience.
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction, relevant trade background or demonstrated experience in residential construction (advantageous but not required) .
- Experience with build take-offs.
- Enjoy working autonomously and be self-driven.
- Up to $110k + Super.
- Salary review after 3 months.
