One of Australia's most leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Senior EUC Support Officer to work closely with the team leader to provide technical guidance to the service desk and end user computing team. The successful Senior EUC Support Officer be offered an initial 7 month contract with the view to extend for a further 12 month and rewarding hourly rates.
The successful Senior EUC Support Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to.
- Provide technical guidance to the service desk and End User Computing team.
- Mentor and provide guidance to a nationally dispersed team
- Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot incidents and develop solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues with laptops and tablets
The successful Senior EUC Support Officer will have experience in the following:
- Expertise in responding to user requests for service and troubleshooting incidents and problems
- Knowledge of AD, AAD and Windows 11
- Inventory management
- Knowledge of intune is essential.
