YOUR NEW ROLE
This role is responsible for providing strategic and operational safety advice, influencing the adoption of a positive safety culture and a proactive approach to risk minimisation throughout the Production & Events portfolio, including with resident companies, hirers and contractors.
Reporting to the Event Safety Manager, you will have expertise in safety and risk management, relevant industry experience, and advanced interpersonal skills enabling you to be both trusted advisor to all areas of the business, with particular focus on Production & Events.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
Key Responsibilities/skills:
· Tertiary qualifications in WHS (Cert IV or higher).
· Demonstrated experience in a professional safety role in a relevant industry e.g. theatre, production, major events.
· Demonstrated experience applying WHS legislation, codes of practice, standards etc. to productions and major events.
· Advanced level computer skills using Word, Excel and Outlook.
· A valid WWCC clearance
