About the role:
This role will play a pivotal part in providing comprehensive support in both professional and personal matters for two Senior Executives in a high performing business. As the Senior Executive Assistant you will be the primary point of contact for the executives and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diary & Meeting Management: Responsible for efficiently managing the co-founder's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Provides support to the Chief Revenue Officer and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize meeting requests. Assists in planning and executing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Internal Communication Management: Keeps co-founders informed on key internal employee information, drafts communication materials including speeches and emails, coordinates information for newsletters, and manages all-staff meetings and events.
- External Communication Management: Coordinates press release approvals, manages co-founder involvement in external events, including planning, travel, and communication scheduling.
- Administrative & Project Support: Manages projects and initiatives assigned by co-founders, coordinates with teams for project execution, creates project timelines, digital assets, newsletters, and conducts research as requested. Also assists in booking guests for the podcast.
- Personal Assistance: Manages travel, appointments, and personal tasks for co-founders, assists in planning personal and business events, and organizes catering as needed.
- Executive Office Management: Liaises with the Chief Operating Officer to solve office/facility issues, ensures high-level office maintenance, collaborates on office layout improvements, and oversees seating plans and office setup for efficiency.
What we are looking for:
