Form of workSenior Executive Assistant (immediate start)
· Hybrid position 4-5 days in office
· This is a maternity leave contract role up until December 2024, however there are always EA opportunities in different areas so may extend.

Our client is a prestigious higher education institution based in Sydney CBD and has an immediate start for experienced Executive Assistantwho has managed administration staff with strong administration skillsets.
Some of the main duties include and not limited to:
· Manages general administrative services, communications, and operational support by the work area.
· Manages purchasing, record keeping, and finance/accounting support and reporting for the work area.
· Coordinates diaries, meetings and events and provide conference support for the work area.
· Undertakes ad-hoc projects and other activities.
We are open to applicants who have worked in public or private enterprise that have at least 6 years' experience in a large matrixed company.
Budget is $60 + super per hour, working a 35-hour week. Immediate start for the right candidate!
