What this opportunity involves: 

As the Senior Facilities Coordinator - Events and Soft Services, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication and high-quality service within the property portfolio. You’ll be expected to increase the engagement level between JLL, service partners and clients to provide superior service delivery.

This client facing role provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, people skills and enthusiasm to deliver an experience focused workplace. 

Salary range is between $67,000 - $74,000 plus superannuation.

An Overview of the role:  

  • Represent JLL and our client in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner in all customer and employee interactions 
  • Foster a sense of community and create a positive team environment on-site 
  • Interact with customers and resolve problems in a friendly, service-oriented manner 
  • Ensure daily event orders are processed and fulfilled to client expectations 
  • Monitor all Events and customer satisfaction 
  • Engage external vendors for specific service delivery, rentals and equipment 
  • Provide support to the client food program 
  • Assist in overseeing site operations and health & safety management 
  • Responsibility for invoice and payment process for vendors and assist in other financial matters

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility, or property management 
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism 
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities 
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Capable of working well within a team environment 
  • Flexible to new working solutions and technologies 
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
