Good budget management and financial analysis skills are also needed.You will have a working knowledge of fundamental technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-Conditioning, Chiller Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Mechanical & Electrical Systems)You’ll also need to be:Confident communicator, ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships and engage with various business lines and levelsHighly client-focused attitude, exceptional customer service abilityHands-on approach to problem solving with the ability to juggle competing deadlines and tasks within a dynamic workplaceKnowledge of local OH&S and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialised services is requiredYou’re a confident self-starter who enjoys building client relationships. You’ve got excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service focus.
