We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat.We have an opportunity for a Senior Facilities Manager for a high profile client account This role will manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned properties and be the key point of contact for all stakeholders and executives.Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Providing operational support and management of Facility Management Services & Corporate Real EstateManaging and coaching a small team (based in Melbourne)Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met including procurement, lease admin, finance, ESS and EOSPartnering with your client executive, stakeholders and proactively ensuring all site expectations are met.Ensure vendors are well managed delivering services on time and within budget.Lease admin supportPlanning and managing all contracts to ensure they are professionally delivered at the right costs.Actively work to ensure the sites financial operations are meeting and exceeding targetsWhat are we looking for?You have a proven track record in Facilities Management demonstrating commercial understanding of contract management within a corporate services environment. Good budget management and financial analysis skills are also needed.You will have a working knowledge of fundamental technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-Conditioning, Chiller Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Mechanical & Electrical Systems)You’ll also need to be:Confident communicator, ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships and engage with various business lines and levelsHighly client-focused attitude, exceptional customer service abilityHands-on approach to problem solving with the ability to juggle competing deadlines and tasks within a dynamic workplaceKnowledge of local OH&S and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialised services is requiredYou’re a confident self-starter who enjoys building client relationships. You’ve got excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service focus.
