A Leading Service Provider is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join on a casual basis
Your new role
As Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of this brand-new building in Western Sydney. The role is standard hours, Mon-Fri. Reporting into the Senior Account Director, the Senior Facilities Manager will be responsible for setting up a number of processes & procedures for the building. Responsibilities include:
- Oversee day to day operations of the building related to Facilities Management
- Build operational readiness as the building reaches practical completion/handover
- Setup warranty/PPM maintenance, defects and reactive maintenance processes
- Setup WHS and emergency management
- Work with onsite concierge and security
- Engage and support with building occupants
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working as a Facilities Manager in a commercial environment
- Experience taking a building from practical completion to operational management-highly advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of setting up new processes & procedures
What you'll get in return
- $70 - $80 p/h + super
