Located in the Narrabri, NSW areaPlay a pivotal role supporting the grain and research operations conducted on the farmsBase Salary (HE04) (38hrs p/w) $83,755 - $88,497 p.a + 17% superannuation About the opportunity The University of Sydney is seeking a Senior Farm Hand in Narrabri, NSW to perform a multiple range of tasks as directed by the Supervisor and the Manager, Farm Operations. The tasks relate to the day-to-day operation of the relevant farm group for commercial, research, digital agriculture and teaching activities of the University of Sydney. You will support the grain and research operations conducted on the farms. Your key responsibilities will be to: ensure that all farming operations are carried out in a timely and efficient manner consistent with best practice for the regionmanage relationships with all contractors and consultants as requiredsupport the Manager, Farm Operations in implementation of the management plans for the Narrabri Farmssupport in promoting the farms outcomes to the wider farming community including field days and seminarsassist the other Technical Officers, Farm Operations where required.
