Senior Finance Analyst

This long established, renowned Australian brand is seeking a high performing Senior Finance Analyst to join their team. The company is a household name and a true employer of choice in the industry with a fantastic culture, where collaboration and development is a key focus. You will also have the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with the operations team, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly reports on business performance, trends and KPIs
• Provide analytical insights based on financial and operational data to allow the business unit to understand the underlying drivers and key trend items
• Business partnering with key stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
• Participating in financial aspects of planning and budgeting
• Development and maintenance of dynamic forecast models
• Ongoing maintenance and support of financial systems
• Leading initiatives to improve monthly reporting processes
• Ad hoc projects and other process improvements 

You will be CA/CPA qualified and have 5+ years' relevant experience in a large corporate organisation, providing analysis, insights, and decision support that helped drive business success. The ability to problem solve and strive for continuous improvement is essential.
