AddressPremier Financial Institution requires an experienced Senior Investment Analyst to join their team for a 12-month contract role. Real Estate exposure advantageous. High-performing team environment – potential for longer-term.
We are partnered with a renowned asset management Group to recruit a skilled Senior Investment Analyst to join their high-performing team in Sydney; your remit is to assist in managing the strategy of their real estate investments in Australia.
This role will suit a professional with prior experience across asset or development management and financial modelling skills as well as strong communications skills.
The remit will cover formation and implementation of asset specific initiatives to extract value and deliver returns from a diverse multi sector portfolio. You will also maintain an up to date understanding of real estate market sectors, cycles, and key performance drivers, to develop and maintain strong modelling techniques.
This is a role with high visibility across external counterparties such as operating partners, joint venture partners, property managers, agents, brokers, and development managers.

Working from Home arrangements.
To be considered your work profile consists of:
- Tertiary academic qualifications, preferably in real estate / finance.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate, financial or other field of investment analysis preferred.
- Good Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills.
- Proven experience in organizing and managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Flexible on working hours when needed, especially during quarterly reporting periods or when a
- Divestment / investment is in progress.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter.
