We're seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to maintain and develop the financial integrity and quality of financial processes together with driving a strong internal control framework. The role will also deliver a range of finance projects, develop the maturity of the finance function and more generally support the Group Financial Controller.

- Review, establish and strengthen internal control processes to ensure the financial integrity and quality of the reported numbers.
- Identify balance sheet risks and co-ordinate activities to ensure risks are appropriately mitigated.
- Ensure all relevant finance processes and controls are appropriately documented, and where applicable co-ordinate policy and process changes.
- Provide support during half year and year end reporting season.
- Develop reporting/tools to deliver insights and support data driven decision making.
- Relevant degree qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Sound IT capability, experience using SAP and Power BI are desirable but not essential.
- Advanced communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to manage relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
