Responsibilities
Reporting into the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth objectives;
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights into the performance of the residential portfolio;
- Lead the budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial forecasts;
- Conduct detailed financial analysis of potential property investments, including cash flow modeling, valuation, and risk assessment;
- Provide recommendations to senior management based on financial analyses;
- Manage capital structure and funding strategies, including debt and equity financing;
- Oversee the management of investment funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with investment objectives; and
- Monitor fund performance and implement strategies to maximize returns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and CA/CPA Qualified;
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar position, with a focus on funds and capital management;
- Strong background in the property space;
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards;
- Strong leadership and proven team management skills; and
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- $160,000 - $180,000 package;
