Senior Financial Accountant - Manufacturing

T+O+M Executive and I have partnered with a well-known manufacturing business to to recruit an experienced Senior Financial Accountant. Due to a recent capital investment, incurred by selling another well-known business in their portfolio, they have set up ambitious strategies to triple their revenue by 2030.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial statements and board reports
• Responsible for intercompany accounting, P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, BAS, PAYG, FBT and Fixed assets
• Manage the external audit engagement with PWC
• Work closely with auditors and accounting bodies to ensure accurate accounting standards are applied for the business
• Prepare sales and inventory reporting for internal stakeholders
• Oversee AP, AR and Payroll functions and assist junior members of the finance team
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

Qualifications

• CA/ CPA/ ACA/ CIMA qualified with over 5 years of experience
• Experience within FMCG/ manufacturing industry will be ideal
• Strong excel skills and Microsoft Dynamics experience will be advantageous 
• Proven experience in analytical thinking and detailed reporting
