Senior Technical Financial Accountant

T+O+M Executive are partnering with a highly regarded Financial Services business to find a dynamic, Technical Financial Accountant.Provide knowledge of business processes, financial control and statutory reporting support to the organisation. The primary focus of the role is to provide accounting advice and manage the general ledger, reporting and analysis for Group entities.Accountabilities

• Closure of books at month-end, delivery of reporting
• Act as SME for accounting advice under ASSB and IFRS
• On going process improvements and liaising with offshore partner

You

• Solid working knowledge of AASB and IFRS accounting standards
• Fully Qualified CA / CPA
• Working knowledge of financial products (such as derivatives, fixed income products)
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
