Description
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with USGAAP
- Conduct financial analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; working towards CA/ CPA.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of USGAAP, SOX, and other relevant accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
