Senior Financial Adviser

We have a unique opportunity for a Senior Financial Adviser to play a crucial role in the next phase of our growth execution. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our integrated financial advice practice. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering meaningful relationships with new clients, guiding them through the process of defining their financial goals and objectives.

Collaboration lies at the heart of our integrated approach, and you will work closely with our internal team of accounting and wealth advisers to deliver holistic solutions that address every aspect of our clients' financial well-being. By leveraging your expertise and coordinating with other professionals within our practice.

What will your typical week look like?

• Lead the key client discovery meetings, understand the needs of the client, diagnose their unmet needs and connect them to our Adviser teams
• Manage the client advice process from lead screening to engagement and be accountable for managing a pipeline towards your KPIs
• Manage key client and customer relationships
• Partner with a team of trusted Findex Accountants and Wealth Advisers
• Develop joint account plans with our Accounting team to position our Wealth Management services
• Connect Clients with an Adviser for ongoing client work

• Previous experience as a Senior Financial Adviser who has successfully completed the FASEA exam (and on the Adviser register)

• Top-notch business development skills combined with a drive for growth
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Travel is required to Findex offices in the region
