Benefits
- Small portfolio of under 180 properties shared between two people.
- Teamwork - if you’re wanting the glitz and glamour of awards nights and individual recognition… we might not be the fit for you. We deeply love the team process, and ideas that each person can bring to a sensational result, and are humble in how we achieve our success.
- Flexibility, the biggest complement our current crew give us, is our flexible working arrangements. But what does this mean? Need to take a doctor's appointment and don’t want to feel guilty? Perhaps the kids have come down sick and you need to stay home with them? We totally get it – we are working parents too!
- Professional development opportunities.
- Engaging and nurturing office culture - we all come with backgrounds outside of real estate, and this is our superpower! We are compassionate and want the best version of you too.
- Sh*t loads of coffee/tea or whatever you fancy.
- Super and wages paid weekly.
- No unfulfilled promises - The number one complaint by professionals in the industry is unfulfilled promises. And this happens for various reasons, usually from well-intentioned but sadly over committed directors. We are seeking someone who loves accountability as it thrives for us too.
- Safe environments - People perform and engage when they are comfortable and feel safe. This speaks to the healthy mental load of Property Managers too. You’ll be supported in our community with collaborative learning, with an encouragement to continue learning and growing.
- Bonus scheme and vehicles expenses included.
