About the role
We have an exciting vacancy in our Land Property Team for a Senior Forest Officer - Land Management. The Senior Forest Officer - Land Management is responsible for Land Management planning and stakeholder engagement across the forest estate to deliver corporate plans and objectives.
This role is based in North West Tasmania at our Camdale (Burnie) office.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
About you
Importantly, as the Senior Forest Officer Land Management you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated experience in a similar position e.g. resource sector, project management
- Demonstrated experience in delivering work plans for Land Management programs within budget and on time
- Experience in effectively resolving stakeholder management issues in a complex working environment.
- Experience in the Forestry sector will be highly regarded but not essential
