In March 2023, Fitness Playground became One Playground. This change represents our move beyond just fitness, and aesthetics, to become an all encompassing Playground for all things health, fitness and wellness.

THE ROLE:
2024 has marked the biggest growth phase for us including:
- Exciting new landmark locations opening in the second half of the year.
- Strategic partnerships & collaborations with iconic brands.
- And member experiences that push boundaries and inspire change in the global health & fitness industry.
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand.
At One Playground, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including marketing campaigns, promotional materials, social media content and website design. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to bring our brand vision to life and engage our target audience through visually compelling designs.
Ideally, we are looking for a fixed-term 12-month contract with the opportunity to extend, but we would consider all applications to find the right person
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with One Playground’s brand identity and messaging.
- Create eye-catching graphics for various marketing channels, including print, digital and social media platforms.
- Design promotional materials such as flyers, posters, banners and brochures to promote gym services, events and special offers.
- Produce visually appealing content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, refine designs and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools and software to continuously improve skills and deliver innovative designs.
WHAT'S IN YOUR TOOLKIT:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro and/or After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print and digital materials.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, layout and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of Figma.
- Experience in 3D animation would be beneficial.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a must!
- Proficiency in videography and video editing skills would be an advantageous addition to the role.
