About the Role:
The Emergency Senior Hospital Medical Officer (ED SHMO) will provide support to the Director of Emergency and other Hospital Medical Officers in the assessment and management of acute patients within the Emergency Department. Direct responsibility is to the Director of Emergency. The ED SHMO will provide day-to day clinical management of patients under the care and direction of the Director of the Emergency Department. This position amongst others is responsible for promoting Goulburn Valley Health as a quality regional health service provider.
