The Senior Hospitality Supervisor is accountable to the Hospitality Manager for the efficient and effective supervision of our hospitality operations. They shall have line responsibility for all Food & Beverage front of house employees, including the supervision and direction of staff as well as rosters, monitoring and training of service standards within the Club.
In this hands on role, you will lead, mentor and motivate staff to deliver a professional and friendly service resulting in an outstanding experience to our Members and their guests. You will organise and lead our talented team, undertake barista duties, a la carte dining service, bar service and café dining.
The role is a full-time and consists of 40-45 hours per week with the focus on providing an outstanding experience to our Members and their guests. The principal responsibility is making our Members happy!

Essential skills & competencies:
- Has recent experience in supervising staff
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and the ability to act in a professional and confident manner
- Act as a change agent and motivate and drive staff
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team as well as independently
- Proficient use of necessary information technology, including email and the internet
- Specialty coffee knowledge will be highly regarded
