I am recruiting a newly created Snr HR Advisor position with my client who are located in Wangara. This is a newly created role designed to focus on the employee relations and experience across the business.

My client are a prominent construction business operating nationally across mining, defense, and oil and gas sectors. They are an ASX-listed company, have over 1000 employees and are committed to growth and diversification, having successfully acquired numerous small businesses.
Description
The Role:
- Develop trusted relationships with your management team to influence, coach, and upskill leaders for positive employee engagement.
- Provide guidance on workplace issues, performance improvement, management, or discipline.
- Support managers through investigations or grievance activities.
- Interpret Enterprise Agreements and Award entitlements in a changing workplace relations environment.
- Contribute to projects, procedures, and policies to build the employee value proposition and culture.
Please note there are no IR duties required for this role.
Profile
- Enthusiastic promoter of Duratec's values with a passion for driving exceptional employee experiences.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to earn trust and credibility.
- HR qualification with proven experience as an HR Advisor in an ER role, preferably within the construction/mining industry.
- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
