lluka Resources is a global critical minerals company, with a proud 70 year history, entering a pivotal time of growth.
With a bright future ahead, we are seeking team members for our exciting Balranald operation where we will be deploying a new mining technology. Using remotely operated, novel underground mining (UGM) technology to extract key critical minerals.
About the Location
Iluka's Balranald operation is located approximately two hours by road from Mildura in regional NSW.
You can choose to live in Balranald, drive-in drive-out from Mildura or other regional towns or fly-in, fly-out from Melbourne.
Be a part of the operation right from the start as we build our People systems, infrastructure and camp facilities.
The successful candidate will be required to do an 8/6 roster - 12-hour shifts.
Your onboarding will require you to spend some time in our Perth office and at our existing operations, to get you familiar with Iluka's way of working and systems.
Your accountabilities will include:
- Maintaining knowledge and support delivery of Iluka's People Standards, Policies, Procedures and relevant Enterprise Agreements to ensure compliance and consistent application
- Supporting all People aspects of Operational Readiness
- Providing technical advice and support to Operations on employee and industrial relations matters
- Analysing and monitoring workforce trends to identify leading trends for the operational workgroup and support the delivery of proactive strategies in response
- Partnering with operational leaders to progress day to day activities and culture initiatives
- Collaborating with the wider People team to support the delivery of the Business Plan.
- Providing advice, coaching and support to line managers on performance management / counselling and disciplinary action
About You
You will be a passionate Human Resources Generalist, with experience conducting investigations, case management and cyclic HR activities. You will have relevant qualifications and have high emotional intelligence and the ability to coach to influence.
A valid C class driver's license is mandatory.
