Senior Sales Consultant

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to help us introduce new product(s) to the market in Australia and elsewhere in APAC.The key mission will be to work on the Facility Management DX solution that Softbank Robotics (SBR) currently offers, which has started in June 2023. The candidate will join a team focused on reshaping the future of the cleaning industry by introducing cobotic technology, as well as other sensors / IoT devices and any other new technologies.The candidate will report to the VP Sales, APAC and will play a defining role of our strategy as well as exploring and pursuing opportunities in Australia for our existing and new products. The ideal candidate understands that automation is a technological shift. The candidate should also have a good knowledge of automation's current and future commercial value in the market and has the ability to simplify complex deals.Tasks and Responsibilities of the Position? Builds a pipeline of his/her own, by conducting the business developments within the facility management sector
? Be able to present our solutions to key personnel of the client
? Act as the project manager to engage in new projects that supports the digitalization of the customer.
? Visit and analyse customer sites and provide facts on where the customer can reduce the cost / improve the satisfaction by using Facility Management DX knowledge.
? Meets assigned targets for profitable project management in assigned projects.
? Establish productive, professional relationships with internal personnel to coordinate the developments of products / services.Skills and Experience Requirements? Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required
? Project Management experience
? Relevant FM industry experience or experience in selling technologies to FM industry preferred.
? Experience in robotics solutions are preferred
? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
? Plenty of initiative, a self-starter, go-getter mentality
? Problem solver and “outside of the box” thinking
? Hands-on approach
? Independent and able to work in a fast-paced, technology-focused industry is a must
? Ability and willingness to learn: Robotics, AI, industry verticals, and new business models
? Team-oriented, collaborative, empathetic, and optimistic personality
? Travel required
