Reporting to the market Head of HR, you will provide effective HR Business Partnering to leadership teams and key stakeholders. The role is key to enabling our business model.Our market teams are responsible for taking Group strategy, applying their local expertise and experience and delivering world-class products and service to our owners. From e-Commerce to Supply Chain, Marketing to Finance, the ANZ teams work together to learn from each other's' strengths, share successes and constantly reinvent and transform Dyson's presence on their countries. ANZ is one of our well-established APAC markets and a key part of our APAC business.Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-Drive employee engagement in your business areas and across the ANZ market, facilitating employee feedback gathering and associated action planningDevelop and integrate the people dimension into business plans and support delivery of the global People strategy. Highlight the implications of business goals and ensure plans are in place to tackle risks, challenges and opportunities over the short and long term. Ensure the right capabilities, frameworks and ways of working are in place to deliver plansSpot opportunities, review and reshape how the functions are set up and operate, to support their growth and increase their global effectiveness at sensible costsSupport/oversee/lead transformation, restructuring or cultural change projects as neededLead the talent agenda for your business areas, understanding key talent, their strengths and development needs. Provide the framework for talent reviews and develop succession plans for key rolesDevelop and champion high-performance culture across your business areasWork with teams in your business areas to identify skill and capability gaps and relevant, creative L&D solutions as per the 70/20/10 learning principleWork with Centres of Expertise to ensure effective hiring strategies and build the Dyson employee value proposition locallyEnsure quality, customer focused, pragmatic and efficient HR support across your business areas, manage complex ER cases, spot things to fix and be proactive about driving efficienciesContribute to progress of the overall people agenda and relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the roleAbout YouYou will bring solid experience in HR Partnering, typically supporting commercial / go to market & retail client groups providing both operational and strategic HR support, ideally in a global, matrixed organization. Demonstrating experience that shows the ability to craft, own and implement people strategies across multiple business areas, that evidence tangible results is key along with the ability to engage and influence senior and challenging stakeholders. You are a great relationship builder who connects effectively across a range of senior professional leaders and personalities and can works effectively across boundaries and networks.Previous skills & experience:-Experience managing a portfolio that shows evidence you can improve organisational capability by implementing new organisational design thinking, tools and methodsChange leadership experience providing frameworks, influence and challenge to senior teams to identify and drive through organisation change in a variety of scenariosExperienced at working with speed, pragmatism and professionalism, ideally in an entrepreneurial cultureThrives in a fast paced, ever-changing business, is comfortable with ambiguityClear business acumen and passion and can develop and articulate an HR/OD agenda that'll drive positive outcomesOpen, practical and pragmatic. Able to balance a high volume of conflicting priorities and works with energy and paceA confident and shrewd influencer who reads when and how to gain commitment of others.
