As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role partnering with business leaders to provide a comprehensive HR Business Partner service. You will be responsible for leading the planning, development and delivery of services on a diverse range of workforce management programs.
The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, a solutions focus with a ‘can-do’ attitude, as well as practical application of contemporary human resource management principles to deliver high-quality service that is tailored to meet our customer’s needs.
