The Senior HR Project Officer will be responsible for coordinating and undertaking the development, delivery and review of the employee life cycle related programs, projects and services that strengthen HR practices and influence successful organisational change
You will also provide expert advice and consultancy to the internal stakeholders, analyse complex employee life cycle data and identify the need for development of targeted strategies and processes. You will bring your strategic thinking, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of employee life cycle related programs, activities, and services that identify and strengthen HR practices and influence successful organisational change.
- Coordinating and undertaking the development, delivery, and review of HR projects and Organisational development initiatives.
- Providing consultancy, coaching, and advice to multi-disciplinary project teams in relation to project strategies, methodologies, systems, and related policies.
- Analysing complex employee life cycle data and information to identify and inform the development of targeted and appropriate change, communications, and training strategies and processes.
- Establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to influence the development and effective deployment of projects.
- Undertaking consultation processes and negotiating effectively with HR practitioners and internal and external stakeholders regarding organisational needs.

- Ability to identify performance outcomes, review operations, and use judgement to prioritise competing demands and manage high volumes of work.
- High standard of interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, enabling you to negotiate, consult, and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Significant experience in the development, implementation, and evaluation of employee life cycle and Organisational development programs and projects.
- Ability to provide advice on strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve shared Organisational objectives.
- Significant experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of client-centric human resource projects.
- Significant knowledge of contemporary human resource management practices, governance, and effective risk management.
- Strong experience in project management and change management practices.
