We are seeking an experienced Human Resource professional to support the Rail business, based in Keswick on an on-going full-time basis.
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our innovative team as a Senior HR Advisor/Generalist supporting the business to provide exceptional HR support, guidance, and leadership. You will be responsible for :
- partnering with the business on the delivery of key projects and managing the day-to-day HR operations of the business as part of a team
- coaching and mentoring people leaders and providing robust stakeholder support
- employee and industrial relations, performance management, grievances and learning and development
- training delivery and end-to-end coordination of training across the business
About you
You must be a resilient all-rounder who has relevant Industrial, and Employee Relations skills coupled with the ability to relate and engage a diverse team across multiple locations. You will love to have fun in your role and get involved in operational HR activities.
You are passionate about experiential tourism, a contemporary thinker and someone who is driven and understands how to partner and support all human resource functions whilst promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
