Clough, as part of the Integrate Alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the upgrade of the Woodman Point Sludge Treatment Facilities, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.
Clough currently has an opportunity for an experienced Senior HSE Administrator to join the Integrate Alliance Team. As the HSE Administrator, you will operate within the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) project team and assist the Advisors and the HSE Manager with their administrative tasks. This role represents a great opportunity to progress into a Safety Advisor, with ongoing support and training provided on the job
The role will be based on site in Henderson on a Mon - Fri roster.

Your focus will include:
Assisting with the preparation of Pre-Start and Toolbox meetings
Maintaining HSSE records and information in various databases and programs.
Training, support and administer the use of the company HSSE Event Database by Project personnel.
Collating and develop periodic HSSE Performance Reports and Presentations
Coordinating HSSE training courses/workshops/meetings for the project
Providing administrative support to Emergency Response teams as required
What you will bring to the team:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
Experience in MS Office suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Tertiary HSE qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential for the role.
