About the Role
Reporting to the Senior HSE Manager, this role will lead the Bulk Dangerous Goods sector nationally. With sites across QLD, NSW and WA you will have 3 Regional HSE Managers directly supporting the operations for their blue chip customers. This newly created role presents the opportunity to shape and improve the HSE systems and strategy in collaboration with the business, for this high-performing sector.

Increase auditing activity, maintain the HSE Management system across all operations and participate in monthly management review forums with Senior leaders and Customers, presenting information from a safety lens.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Multiple years of experience in a hands-on and strategic safety leadership role
- Exp. working with companies in the mining resources sector
- Knowledge and experience of Bulk Dangerous Goods transportation is preferred though not essential
- Possess the ability to travel as required interstate, though will manage your own travel requirements in conjunction with the business needs
- Tertiary HSE qualifications, min. Diploma WHS (highly desirable)
- Dangerous Goods qualifications/ training (desirable)
- ICAM trained (desirable)
