This pivotal role will involve leading the implementation of a cutting-edge service and collaborating closely with the leadership team to deliver strategic talent solutions.You will be instrumental in embedding client-centric and efficient recruitment practices and processes, while setting up our talented Talent Acquisition team for success. You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing key recruitment and talent management strategies to drive the development of a modern, forward-thinking Talent Acquisition service across our organisation.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with leaders and Senior Managers to provide market mapping, headhunting, recruitment, and consulting services that ensure an exceptional recruitment experience throughout the University. As a critical partner to leaders at all levels, you will establish long-term trust and foster cross-functional partnerships across the University's corporate services functions.This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth and success of our Talent Acquisition team and the broader University community.About youAs an accomplished leader in Talent Acquisition, you will showcase a proven track record of spearheading Talent Acquisition functions within similar organisations. Your expertise in both internal and external recruitment realms will be evident through your mastery of market mapping, candidate search techniques, talent pooling, and selection assessment methodologies.Your profound knowledge of the labour markets in Queensland and New South Wales will be instrumental in guiding Southern Cross University towards achieving its strategic business goals through innovative talent management and successful Talent Acquisition initiatives.Additionally, your adeptness in coaching, inspiring, and empowering individuals to unleash their full potential will be a key asset. - Located at either Gold Coast or Lismore. Generous relocation support available.
- HEW Level 10. The base salary ranges from $131,074 - $148,199 per annum, plus 17% employer's contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $173,390 per annuum.
