AddressWe are seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our team in the role of Senior HR Advisor located in our Perth CBD Office. This position will suit a person with a ‘can do’ approach who will display a strong use of initiative and sense of pride in their work.

What you will do (but not limited to):
- Working across all areas of HR including end to end recruitment, engagement and retention
- Mobilising candidates inclusive of travel and pre-employment medical arrangements
- Employment Contracts and Position Descriptions
- Comply with best FWA best practice and current IR Legislation

- Possess well-developed skills in communication and problem solving
- Strong understanding of current Fair Work Australia legislation
- Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new software
- Minimum 5 years experience in the field of Human Resources ideally within the healthcare sector
- Diploma of Human Resources desirable

- Competitive salary circa $87,000 per annum plus Super
