About the RoleThe Shire is seeking the services of a highly motivated and suitably qualified applicant for the role of Senior Human Resources (HR) Officer. This is a permanent part-time position at 60.8 hours per fortnight. Essential criteria and other information is listed in the position description (PD) on our website.
The successful applicant of this central role will play a part in shaping a positive and efficient work environment within our organisation. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of HR functions, ensuring a seamless employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding. Other duties of this position include being involved in upholding compliance with relevant legislation, facilitating employee development and fostering strong relations within our organisation.
