About The Role:
The Senior People Services Officer supports the Recruitment Team Leader in the coordination of team workloads, quality assurance of recruitment transactions, and monitoring work queues to ensure team KPIs are met and undertakes the more complex operational recruitment activities such as multiple position, targeted and graduate advertising, and open pools.
This role also collaborates closely with the Team Leader regarding projects, drafting and review of recruitment process and procedures, and provides advice on other complex and/or sensitive recruitment issues to support the Team Leader in the achievement of overall recruitment deliverables.

You will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate and provide advice on complex operational recruitment activities, and support coordination and allocation of team workloads to ensure team KPIs are met.
