This is an appointment pool for fixed term, full time, vacancies for the duration of six months with the possibility of extension for a further six months, subject to business requirements.

About the role
The Senior Recruitment Officer performs a range of end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, including quality assurance tasks associated with requests to advertise, advertising material, employee contracts and approvals. This role carries out investigation and analysis of recruitment issues, provides administrative support and advice to business areas to achieve strategic recruitment outcomes, and is able to burn through a high volume of recruitment transactions with accuracy.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a permanent appointment to the Western Australian public sector it is essential that you are an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status in Australia. To be eligible for a fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the duration of the contract.
All employees are required to undergo employment screening, which includes a National Criminal History Check and other checks that may be relevant to the position requirements.

Pool Recruitment
