About You
This role would suit a Senior Hydraulic Engineer with a minimum 5+ years local experience, however, we encourage applicants with all levels of experience to apply with each application assessed on their merits.
- Australian-recognised degree in Engineering or relevant trade background.
- Hold national and/or regional registrations and qualifications or in process of obtaining them. (CPEng, NER, RPEQ or QBCC Designers License).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, written and people skills.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident. Able to apply for security clearance if needed.
- Thorough understanding and application of the current plumbing and gas regulations, Australian standards, and the National Construction Code.
- Diverse experience in a range of project types.
- Demonstrated capability in independently managing hydraulic elements on projects
- Demonstrated capability in independently being able to manage a project throughout the design life cycle right the way through construction to practical completion
