The Opportunity: Lead a team of Hydraulic and Civil Engineers on infrastructure projects;Responsible for overseeing the design, coordination and project reporting on hydraulic projects within the infrastructure space to meet the program, scope, quality and financial requirements while achieving positive design outcomes;Work on various scales of projects across the life cycle – concept, design & construction, management, assessment and end of life;Engaging with government clients, contractors and project stakeholders to drive outstanding service delivery;Provide effective leadership, direction, technical advice and championing a culture of delivering on quality and client expectations;Role model our expected quality and OH&S behaviours both within project delivery and on the job.What you bring: Technical leadership skills, with a focus on infrastructure projects;An in depth knowledge of flood modelling, surface water and river flooding;An extensive knowledge of GIS, TUFLOW, DRAINS;An additional knowledge of 12D is preferred, however not essentialA knowledge of Australian Roads and Rainfall is essential.Why join us: We're a friendly bunch who are passionate about our work.
