About the Role
This role is an eight week contract that will work across both Gemba and Turnstile out of London office. The role will have two main components
- Creating, implementing and managing world class customized research for Gemba clients. The focus will be quantitative research, covering questionnaire design and scripting, as well as the identification of key insights and implications for our clients
- The development of a new approach to market sizing that will underpin strategic deliverables for both Gemba and Turnstile. This will involve testing a new potential concept, providing feedback on the new approach and making recommendations on how the concept can be improved. The project will require analysis on Tenka’s global proprietary research that runs across 20 markets and has over 10 years of historical data.
About You
- 4-6 years of market research experience with a focus on managing quantitative research projects on behalf of a range of clients
- Strong understanding of general business principles, with relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, marketing, statistics or market research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create tracking questionnaires based on fundamental sports & entertainment industry strategic issues
- Ability to create bespoke questionnaires based on business, marketing and client requirements, with an ability to design hypotheses, write respondent friendly questions and script the survey
- Ability to create clear and compelling ‘client ready’ analysis and interpretation of results in excel and powerpoint
