ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insolvency Accountant to join our client's vibrant team. This role offers a broad scope of responsibilities, ensuring a challenging yet rewarding career path.
- Lead and manage complex insolvency cases, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies for asset recovery and creditor payments.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting.
- Liaise with stakeholders, creditors, and legal professionals to navigate insolvency processes.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insolvency laws and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline insolvency procedures.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with insolvency cases.
ABOUT YOU
- CA or CPA Qualified with all relevant Australian qualifications.
- 5+ years of extensive experience in insolvency and financial management.
- Proficient in industry-specific IT software and systems.
- Exceptional stakeholder and client management skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Highly committed, flexible, and a team player.
- Full rights to work in Australia, currently residing in Australia.
- Immediate availability preferred.
