About the Role
As a Senior Interior Designer your role has a blend of design expertise, leadership skills, project management capabilities, and a keen understanding of client needs to deliver exceptional interior design solutions within the context of larger architectural projects.
- Working on interior design projects, demonstrating a high level of creativity, innovation, and expertise in conceptualising, and executing design concepts.
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, translating these insights into compelling interior design solutions that align with the firm's vision and the client's objectives.
- Engage closely with technical and sustainability specialists, internal team members, clients, academic communities, industry partners, consultants, contractors, and third parties to deliver outstanding projects.
About You
An experienced Interior Designer, driven by curiosity and an unyielding passion for exceptional design, interested in becoming part of our global team dedicated to shaping visionary design solutions.
- A designer who balances creativity with business nous and brings ingenuity to challenging briefs.
- Confident running high-profile large-scale Interior Design projects, including commercial workplace projects.
- Takes the lead on projects - so being a great communicator is just as important as having a head full of knowledge about exceptional Interior Design.
- Has a clear vision of your own but really excel when you're collaborating with others.
- You'll thrive in collaboration, possessing a clear personal vision while excelling in team environments.
- Communication is paramount, as is the ability to work seamlessly with diverse stakeholders.
- A curious and creative thinker, you'll know a thing or two about great design.
- An enthusiastic and highly proficient individual committed to working on exceptional interior design projects within Sydney and across the globe.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant discipline.
- Demonstrate a significant number of years professional experience, commercial workplace experience is essential.
- Strong grasp of commercial and financial aspects of projects.
- Ability to set and communicate clear standards and expectations, ensuring their fulfilment.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to influence high-level decision-makers.
- Proficiency in managing complex projects involving diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Revit is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite skills.
