Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate Interior Designer, you will play a key role in leading and managing interiors projects, working closely with clients, design teams, and stakeholders. You will be partnering with the Directors and work together as a team to produce the best possible results. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the design development and documentation process, ensuring adherence to design intent and project specifications.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, institutional, and urban planning.
- Working closely with the Directors as the 2ic.
- Leading and mentoring juniors, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
- Managing client relationships and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Utilizing your proficiency in Revit to produce accurate and detailed architectural documentation.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- A degree from an accredited institution in Australia or the UK, providing a solid foundation in architectural principles and practices.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering projects across diverse sectors, showcasing your versatility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Revit, enabling you to produce accurate and high-quality architectural documentation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
