The role
We're looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person to join our internal support team to handle and take responsibility of 2nd level technical assistance, both assisting our 1st level team on the Service Desk and taking direct escalation of incidents; You will have a knack for troubleshooting and finding solutions.
This role is ideally suited to an individual with several years’ level 2 support experience within the legal industry & interested in developing team leadership skills working alongside the IT service delivery manager. The position will be based in our Sydney CBD office with the opportunity for part time remote work.
