About the Role:
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our maturing IT Support team. Increasing the size of our Australian Service Desk with an additional analyst to provide proactive and process driven support to the business.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Providing excellent customer service and support, issue resolution and request fulfilment.
Deploying and configuring IT equipment for our user-base. Troubleshooting issues and gathering information using in-person, telephone, and remote technologies.
Ensuring incidents are resolved and requests fulfilled in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
Improve and enhance the call resolution, user documentation, policies, troubleshooting guides, knowledgebase, and internal procedures within IT.
Partnering with IT and business personnel to discuss the impact of incidents on products and services.
Contributing to the development of business support standards, processes and procedures, and guidelines for incident, change and problem management, and helping the development of our service strategy
Skills & Experience:
Windows O/S configuration & Azure hybrid estate
Office applications, O365, Teams and Exchange
Azure Active Directory and Active Directory
Group Policy Management, Networking ,Intune & ITIL
Self-motivated, organized and initiative-taking
Ability to adjust written and verbal communication to audience
Completed or working towards a bachelor's degree in IT or Tafe Certificate
Experience in a Service Desk role is not required but it would be highly beneficial
