About The Role
We have a fantastic full-time permanent opportunity for an enthusiastic can-do attitude Support Officer to join our IT Service Desk team at Moorabool Shire Council.
Working within a high-performing team, the Senior IT Support Officer is the front-line first point of contact in the receiving and handling of IT support requests from this fast-paced organisation. This role is an on-site role.

Skills and Experiences:
About You
We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in providing IT support for corporate IT systems, software, network infrastructure and user devices.
The successful applicant will have a proven ability to manage relationships with internal staff, stakeholders and vendors within a corporate ICT framework, and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
If you have a knack for troubleshooting IT issues, developing strong working relationships and can prioritise and plan work to deliver high quality customer service to meet deadlines, we want to hear from you.
